Nodule:

1- Lung opacity with diameter less than 3 cm and well defined border.

Mass:
1- Lung opacity with diameter more than 3 cm and well defined edge.
Patch:
1-Lung opacity with ill defined edge with air bronchogram.
Cavity:
1- Lung cavity with different types of content.
