6-Extension:
Which include the following:
If
there is supra-sellar extension or not, reaching chiazma or not,
reaching hypothalamus, causing para-sellar extension or not, causing
invasion of cavernous sinus or not.
Then, if there is extension to sphenoid sinus.
7-Tumoral hemorrhage.
Here we can use the mnemonic S E T
S for site, size and shape.
E for edge, enhancement and extension.
T for tumoral hemorrhage
