Diffuse cystic changes

1-Multiple thin wall lesions containing air with size 1 cm or more.

2- We can use mnemonic HELP CT where

 H---Histiocytosis.

E---Emphysema.

L---Lymphangiomyomatosis.

P---Pneumocytic carinii pneumonia .

C---Cystic bronchiectasis.

T---Tuberous sclerosis.
