1-Multiple rounded opacities 1-10 mm (miliary opacities).
2-Causes:
-TB.
-Metastases(thyroid and breast).
-Alveolar cell carcinoma.
-Sarcoidosis.
-Pneumoconiosis.
Fortunately, all the above mentioned diseases have the same picture regarding lymphadenopathy.
